Okay, let's go ask Manni, the mechanic what he knows.
The security guard points to a small garage at the end of road. We run towards the garage and show the mechanic, Manni, Leo's picture. He tilts his head to the side, smiles and starts speaking in rapid Spanish.
I interrupt him and speak one of the few Spanish phrases I know.
"Por favor señor, hablamos pequeño Español . Hable más despacio por favor."
He nods and says very slowly:
Vi a la mujer en la tienda de peón
What did he say?

He looks at Jordan with a quizzical stare. It's obvious that he has no idea what Jordan's saying.
I try, instead. "Uh... Donde... uh... (racking my brain for the correct translation)... Adónde... se fue?"
He shrugs.
"No lo sé. Vaya a la comisaría"
