I'm glad we're taking this book fairly slowly. I just started back in classes and am re-learning how to balance my time. Plus, two partners and I opened a small independent publishing company that's getting busy (yay). My to-do task list is my friend :)

San Antonio, Texas just received its book yesterday. However, it is still strange; two folks in California have received their books

I can't speak about the third person in Arizona because after they requested the book and promised to abide by the t's and c's - they dropped off the face of the earth (lol).
