Wow, how striking! i like this one, but I also like Gertie's banner. Can we rotate banners? That would be kinda nice to see everyone's work on the front page.

Lincoln:

I promise I'm not ignoring your submission. I just need some time at home to upload it.

Not feeling ignored at all. In fact my masthead submission is just the latest so if mine is the last to be rotated in, that's fine. I do not consider myself artsy or anything but I thought I would give it a shot. I wanted to know the rules of group photo so if I put some time into a group photo I would be working to the correct parameters and not waste time not doing it correctly.

Also, if anyone out there are "artsy" I would not mind tips and or tweaks to make my submission better. I was thinking Amy perhaps if there is a lack of submissions we could rotate the same 4 or 5 pictures with different quotes each time until we get more submissions.

I had one up, then Gertie's was up for a while followed by John's now. So we've been having them in rotation for a while.

Gertie (gertiebird) | 132 comments Well now that you've refreshed the thread maybe someone will feel inspired to add more to the rotation. :-)

I don't mean to be to self promoting but...

Wouldn't a beach sunset masthead be appropriate for June?

Gertie (gertiebird) | 132 comments I know, I always think "how did they DO that?" when I see that spiral clock image.

970 x 245. Amy explains the rules in the first post of the thread.

I get this message when I try to upload it and don't have time to resize it myself. This is the message I get: Masthead photo is invalid. Photos must be between 1KB and 6MB and of type (jpg/jpeg/gif/png/tiff/tif) and at least 970px wide by 245px high

I had that compliment waiting in the safe...soon as I saw the masthead I wanted to complement you...However, it was not until today that I found the appropriate thread to do so...

Also, side note my position in the court...Temporal Jester and yet King of compliments...is that a conflict of interests?
