Do you often fill that adding a sequel to a great book would be lessening its greatness, or could be accentuated with an additional book? I will admit now, I'm not a series sort... at times I feel as if I'm gonna close a book, it should be over. What say you? ;]

What are some great books that should have a sequel??

Hmmm..depends,some books yes shouldnt be cont.. as in Scarlett by Alexandra Ripley sequel to Gone With The Wind. I have also found some series I start then get to book 2 or 3 and not much else is going on to make them good and should have been left alone at book one like Into the Wilderness (Wilderness, #1) by Sara Donati but I read them all cause I HAD to know what happened. I try to stay clear of series now and only do trilogy's.

I wish there was a sequel to this one

Tarifa by Elizabeth Tebbetts Taylor

Both the H and h were separated for much of it, and I'd love to know what they got up to after their HEA.

"Amanda Rose" by Karen Robards. Amanda Rose by Karen Robards

The hero's brother was a great character, obviously available, handsome, all that good stuff; he would've made a great hero. But I was so disappointed that he never got to be the hero in his own story! After I finished it, I was so disappointed and in such denial; I thought there must be a book where he's the hero, so I searched everywhere on this site (I may have even involved Google in my query), but I couldn't find anything. There was no first chapter of "his" story at the end of the book, no reason to believe he would have his own book; I just didn't think it was possible that such a great character would be wasted.
