What did you think of Mockingjay?
Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, #3) by Suzanne Collins
I could not believe it was the end. After I finished that last page, my brain immediately jumped to spin-off ideas: The Children of the Rebellion (obviously with Peeta and Katniss's children). I only had time to put my initial thoughts. I gotta hit the sack. My full review is on my profile with this book. I'll come back to update. Just let us know who this book as well as the entire series made you felt. I felt like it changed my life.

George (georgebroski) | 1 comments This book took me a really long time to read because the beginning of this book was a little boring, but then got really good at the end! I kindve wanted to know about the future and their family they've created.

Tina | 11 comments I was dissapointed with the end. I didn't expect to end like this although I'm glad that Peeta and Katniss are together. I know that it's a harsh truth of outcome of Hunger games that they are a little crazy but it's fiction and Suzanne could have written a happier ending without all that messed up mind of Katniss and Peeta.

Sherri Arnold | 2 comments I liked Mockingjay. The ending was not happily ever after, but it was real. How could they go through everything they did and not be affected long term? I thought the ending worked.

Danah Altassan (danakmt) SPOILERS!!!!

I completely and utterly hated this book. I regret reading it. I loved it through the beginning but honestly after Finnick died everything just went bad. To be honest prim's death was something I didn't realize and when I did I didn't care, and since I'm on team Gale Prim's death did cause a problem. The way that Katniss handeled it though was horrible she lost her mind and wanted to die just because her sister died like dude chill you still have your mom and Peeta and Gale (if you forgive him because it wasn't really his fault). When she and Haymitch agreed on letting the Capital's children go through the hunger games that pissed me off, you can't fight for something but not want it for other people and it wasn't the Capital's idea but the president's, and uggghhhh I just hated this book seriously as soon as I realized that Finnick died and went through a crying session I knew there was nothing good happening after this. The epilogue was okay I guess at least she was happy about something she deserved that for killing Coin.
