If you are between 13-18 years old, get your keyboards ready. Name All the Animals by Alison Smith is a gripping memoir about the death of her brother. ‘Name all the animals’ is a phrase used by her brother which us central to one of the memoir’s themes. Our theme for June is about animals. Give us your best 500 words on animals. Tell us a story about animals that shatters us, enthralls us, scares us, delights us. It’s about imagination, so don’t be afraid to let yours go crazy. Amaze us! The winner and two runner-ups will be posted on Goodreads and on Lambda Literary Foundation's website.
