Good grief...I FINALLY found the primary book! It doesn't exist in any of the libraries or bookstores around here so I had to give in and order it online...and then my first order was cancelled because they didn't have it anymore!

I don't know what this says about me, but it just makes me want it more.

I'm in Melbourne - used to go to Rendezvous' original store regularly when I worked in the city, but haven't been there for ages. I'll keep it in mind for next time. Thanks for the reminder!
