Who did you imagine as Alaska Young?

I always pictured Alaska Young as a mischievous non-innocent looking curvy bodied blond girl. If Gabrielle Wilde didn't have such an innocent looking face and was a bit rounder I would have thought her. I really have no idea who would be able to live up to Alaska Young's amazing characteristics. I always thought of Alaska Young looking like Alaska Young, it will be hard to find the perfect actor.

I never really put a face on any of the characters in my books. I imagined her eyes being sharp and dark, and all her features being very defined. Also, I think she would have reddish dark hair.

Kaya Scodelario. I saw a few edits of movie posters of the book with Kaya on the cover, and now I'm praying for her to play as Alaska.

I think she would be perfect for the role, if you've ever seen her play Effy in Skins.

Kaya Scodelario, most definitely. I've seen countless edits of people taking stills from her as Effy Stonem in Skins and putting quotes from Alaska with them, and oh my gosh, it's absolutely perfect.
