I'd have to go with Millicent. I'd probably wind up in a headlock alarmingly frequently, but Pansy seems like she'd be the type of roommate that eats your food and uses your shampoo.Would you rather have to walk down a busy city street in Ron's Yule Ball robes for three hours or wear that same outfit to brunch with the Dursleys?
