Book added manually - not appearing in my author page

I manually added the print edition of my book, but it isn't showing up in my author dashboard.

The kindle edition does show up there - I'd like to link the two.

You are Stephen^^Kelly (where ^=space). When adding books make sure to put two spaces in. I have moved the book over and combined
