Adarna SF is an amazing indie spec fiction site-- I read it every day and contributed one review there myself. But I understand that most submissions just don't get accepted. I have a website of my own called Android Dreamer (www.androiddreamer.com) that just re-launched and accepts submissions, so feel free to submit your book there as well.
