Veronica (veraj121) | 35 comments I am on book 3, Storm of Swords. And I am up to Daenery's story. Let me just say without giving too much away. She is the woman! Just when I started to doubt and become bored with her, she woke me up. I love that woman.

her stuff slows in pace in ADWD as it concentrates more on her "lessons" on ruling, but I still loved those

I might get to that point eventually haha... but yea I <3 those shelves, thanks to my experience from the bookstore I was able to arrange em so neatly that near every time I am walking past the shelves I gotta pause and gaze lol

oh yea, and ordered four books from IC Esslemont, which, well... that means that the Malazan book of the fallen shelf will get a brother with books from IC Esslemont and maybe Abercrombie (will wait till I read Heroes if I like his style and if I do I will order the whole First Law trilogy :P)

I love Abercrombie the books are all great. Please do try them. Gritty but funny and very realistic.

I love Dany in ASOS. She is realizing just how powerful she is, and is wielding that power skillfully and smartly. A lot of the characters come into own in this book, esp in the second half...

Great. I am looking forward to see what happens with her. I just finished reading Sansa's and Tyrion's dilemma. I'm shocked by their situation.

Maggie the Muskoka Library Mouse (mcurry1990) Really good books! I cannot wait for the next one to come out.
