Personality: Phoebe's used to being the good little girl, doing everything just right. Every now and again - at a party or other - she reveals a more bashful and flirty self but always feels embarrassed about not acting "properly". She's sometimes hyperactive and usually happy-go-lucky but when she's sad, it would seem the world's about to end (dark clouds above her head, lighting and all). Always smiling, eager to help and fond of long talks but with a few skeletons in her closet that she'd rather not bring to light.

She's never consistent in her dressing style, going from baggy clothes and hoodies to cute T-shirts and tight jeans, but she doesn't wear much make-up. Hair is dyed and the brown eyes are very convincing contacts.

Mom's a judge with little time on her hands, dad's a military sergeant who doesn't know how to treat kids that aren't before him for an instruction. Has a step-mother and two step-siblings that she'd rather not talk about most of the time.
