Librarian application

A friend of mine on here has applied twice to be a librarian and hasn't heard back on either of her applications. She's been a member since July 2010, has over 600 books under her belt, and is a regular contributor to reviews and things. Can anyone provide any guidance on why she hasn't heard back yet please? Thanks.

It takes 24-48 hours for those requests to be processed usually, and we're a bit behind at the moment. If it has been more than a week, she can use the "contact us" link on the help page.
