Screenshot (on a mac press command, shift 4, then highlight the are you wish to take a 'picture' of on your screen. Then upload the pic via photobucket and paste the html here)

Use Print Screen option. Then paste it on Paint. Cut out the image and save it. Then go to tinypic.com and get the HTML. Paste it and viola! The picture will come! :)
