Dysfunctional question

I'm not sure why my book cover was not downloaded and for some reason I have two accounts, with the other account, my book title was misspelled "Desfunctional." Does anyone know how to upload the correct book cover and make corrections to my account? For those of you who have downloaded the book, I would like to personally thank you for the support!
