how to publish my self written book?

hi i'm new here..my name is Arthur and i live in the Netherlands. I just finished my first book in Holland. My translation in English, German, Italian and Spanish is comming soon. My websites are ready to run but how do i get my books on this goodreads shelve? So people can all read and enjoy my book? and get rich and happy in the process..;-)
