Ancestral Gaidheal (gaidheal) Just this morning, I made a start on Johanna Sinisalo's " Troll: A Love Story ", but I yet to get so far that I can describe it, but it does come recommended by Neil Gaiman.

Ancestral Gaidheal (gaidheal) Am enjoying the audio version of Harbor by John Ajvide Lindqvist: a dark tale set in Sweden. I think I am now a fan of this author.

Ulla (ullad) | 1 comments I am reading a phenomenal book: The Salt House A Summer on the Dunes of Cape Cod by Cynthia Huntington by Cynthia Huntington. Sort of like a Massachusetts Out of Africa. Reminds me of summers spent at my grandparents summer home in the dunes in Hirtshals, Denmark. Absolutely LOVE this book!

The Year of the HareThe Year of the Hare by Arto Paasilinna; and
Pippi Longstocking by Astrid Lindgren.

The first came as a recommendation based on books I had been reading recently and the second because I couldn't remember if I had read it as a child, and I had heard that Lisbeth Salander was loosely based on a what would Pippi be like when she grew up?
