Dancing Rain turned to where they ran off. In the direction of the sound... "Shard!"

Dancing Rain ran off into the direction Shard had entered the meadow until she found who she was looking for.

"Fang! Quick! I think your sister's in trouble!"

Thirn ignored them. She could outrun them if needed. Instead she ran at what seemed full speed deeper into the forest.

Fang looked at her with alarm in his eyes. "Where did she go?" he demanded.

"Thirn! Please, come back! What's wrong?" Shard desperately called. She stretched out her wings and began to fly over the trees. She could go faster that way.

"Someone ran off to a noise that sounded like us but with two legs, and we couldn't smell them. And Shard, she went after them, and I didn't know what else to do but come to you." She said with panic in her eyes.
