Rayana sighed, then blinked as she heard her phone ring. She smacked herself, then looked at the text message. She rolled her eyes and deleted it, before calling the hotel staff.

"oh, perfect," james muttered, smiling at the irony.

Rayana glared at him, before turning her attention back to the other line.
"Hello? Yeah, me and my friend are kind of stuck in an elevator," she said.
There was a high-pitched and obnoxious sounding noise coming from the speaker, probably the other person.
"No, there is no emergency button.."
More chatter.
"How am I supposed to know why its not there!?" Rayana exclaimed, slightly annoyed.

There was more talking, and then the line clicked.
Rayana grimaced. "Yeah, he better come in less than an hour," she muttered angrily.

She sighed and leaned her head on his shoulder.

She rolled her eyes, then looked up at him.

he leaned closer to her. "do you honestly believe its going to be okay?" he said in her ear.

Chills went down her spine and she closed her eyes briefly. "Yeah, I do," she said quietly.

"then it will be," he promised, before kissing her lips lightly.

Rayana smiled mentally, before kissing him back.

his hand that was around her shoulders stroked down her cheek.

She wrapped her arms around his neck loosely, pulling away a fraction of an inch to breath.

and then my best friends friends would ask, "What?" and then i'd tell them XD but then i'd be all shy and stuff because then my friends would tell everyone :p))

Suddenly, the lights flickered again and the elevator began moving down. "Guess the elevator's fixed," Rayana said quietly, a bit disappointed since the moment was gone.

((Cuz see, my friend was saying how he kept asking about me during enrichment, and he used to 'stare' at me during math when our seats would face eachother..and he always seemed to talk to me even if I was talking to my friend; but we never actually knew..))
((and this was like after I stopped liking him -_- and then there was this whole drama about who liked him first and yadda yadda))

Rayana stuck her tongue out at him, before standing up.

Rayana stepped out of the elevator once it reached the ground floor, glad to be rid of the cramped space. She probably wouldn't go into an elevator for another few days.

Rayana shook her head. "I need a breath of fresh air. Want to walk around? Maybe I'll show you this plaza I went to, really nice place," she said, skipping to the front doors.
