michelle ascended the stairs; her foot was really bothering her, and she couldnt wait to sit down.

Rayana fiddled with the keys in between her fingers. Edward glanced nervously at Michelle.

Michelle winced a little as her foot hit the stair wrong, but she disregarded it because it happened all the time. she should be used to walking up inconsequential stairs by now.

Edward bit his lip. Rayana got to the top of the stairs and headed into the hallway

michelle sighed inaudibly, shaking her head at herself. she was almost at the top of the stairs, and she walked a little faster now, in a rush to be free of the stairs.

Rayana found the room and waited for Michelle.

she muttered something under her breath as the sudden speed made her foot miss the next stair, twisting her foot wrong.

Edward cursed under his breath, and ran over to Michelle. He caught her just as she was about to fall.

Edward nodded, then picked her up, bridal style. He carried her up the few remaining steps, then set her down.

michelle laughed a little. "thanks."

she nodded her appreciation, and glanced around. where was the room?

michelle glanced at rayana and walked over to the room. she gave a sighe of relief as she walked in and sat down.

Rayana walked in also, and flopped onto the bed. It was nice and comfy, and she felt herself slip into unconsciousness.

her foot hurt to much for sleep to be possible, even though she was exhausted. the headache pounded against the confines of her head, keeping her awake when sleep was her only escape.

Edward leaned against the balcony of his room, as he could not sleep.

james fell asleep quickly, jet-lagged.

michelle sighed, staring out of a window. she couldnt see the stars here.

Edward sighed, and climbed into the other room. He saw Michelle and went over to her,
"Can't sleep, eh?" he murmured quietly

she looked up at him. "as usual." she murmured, nodding.
