She leaned forward some more so she was pressing him into the couch cushions, making it easier to tease him but also to do just about anything else that popped into his head. She laughed at the thought.

Chris followed, but then picked her up around her waist and made his way to her room.

Addie squeaked a little when he picked her up. "That was unnecessary," she chastised, but smiled up at him anyway.

She pulled away as they neared the bed and just looked up into his eyes for a bit, smiling.

He grinned as he lowered her down onto the bed.
