♥ Rachel♥, Who wouldn't want to catch a guy in a bear suit?

Adrianne couldn't sleep. So, what the hell, she'd just keep on walking. There was no harm in that--likely there wasn't anything in the forest that was higher up on the food chain than she was.
Jethro crept through the forest, his body hunched as he sniffed the ground for any indication of food. His ears swiveled around and he jerked his head to look over his shoulder. His nostrils flared and he broke into a sprint towards the stranger.
Addie continued on at a leisurely pace, leaning against trees and hopping over fallen pinecones. She stopped just short of singing, feeling the need to avoid the cliche.
Jethro's footfalls were thunderous, but then died down as he stopped suddenly. He crouched down and peered into the darkness, eyes narrowing.
Adrianne paused in her step when she heard a twig break. And it wasn't her who stepped on it. She turned around slowly, observing the forest from all angles.
Jethro continued forward until he saw her clearly. Thick beads of saliva trailed down his saliva as he observed her quietly.
She made another quarter turn before she spotted it. Her shoulders drooped a bit. So much for a peaceful, undisturbed night alone. She held her hands up in gesture of pure innocence--clearly she had done nothing wrong.
Jethro straightened himself to full height and howled loudly. He dropped to the floor, lips curling to reveal two rows of sharp teeth. He made a step towards her.
"There's no need for this hostility," she said calmly, but she took a step back. It took an effort to keep her voice reasonable, to make sure the mad animal had no reason to attack her.
Adrianne ducked out of the way, shifting in a flash and baring her teeth. What are you doing? she asked directly into its mind.
Jethro growled in surprise and threw her off, backing up quickly. He stalked forward a bit and watched her intently.
Addie got to her feet quickly, shaking her head. What do you want? she asked, circling away from him.
((not sure))
She waited a moment and then sat back on her haunches, showing that she was no threat.

((me either. maybe, maybe. A THUNDERSTORM THAT COVERS THE MOON. idk, im up for anything.))
Jethro's eyes narrowed and he straightened up.

((XDD
umumum, i dunno, what would make him be forced to change back? would just a cloud shielding the moon do it?))
Addie growled a bit when he moved, folding her ears back. She wasn't going to threaten him, but she wasn't going to be passive, either.

((i guess so, if its shields the moon long enough i suppose))
Jethro made his decision and attacked her again.
Jethro made his decision and attacked her again.
(all rght, let's go with that))
This time, she was ready for it, and met his attack in midair with one of her own. Snarling, she pinned him to the ground.

She tore at his face with her claws, showing just the consequence for messing with her. Then she bared her teeth and tore just a bit at his neck. Maybe then he'd leave her alone.

Jethro yelped and threw her off. He sat up and then jerked his head skyward as he heard the crack of thunder. Swiftly, dark clouds rolled in and obscured the moon. As the light faded and the rain began to fall, the he slowly reverted back to his human form. His eyes were blank and he let out a little choke, before falling to the floor.

((hahahahahaha. that made me laugh. yay, rachel))
Adrianne narrowed her eyes and slowly approached the limp figure on the ground. She gasped as she recognized the face. "Shitshitshit."

((er, not sure quite what to say. is she supposed to wake him up or something?))
((assume she phased. i forgot to add that))
"Shit!" she said again, crouching down next to him. Well, he couldn't be dead; she hadn't done anything particularly damaging. So what was wrong with him? She shook his shoulder a bit, trying to encourage consciousness again.

((yeah, ill make him come to his senses))
Jethro stirred and a few seconds later, started to choke. He gasped and looked up at her, eyes wide.
