((I'm supposed to listen to 2 recordings of Vivaldi's solo violin Concerto in A minor before tomorrow. I have an 8:00 a.m. violin/piano lesson.))

((yes.......... I also have choir and orchestra tomorrow, and I have to answer a list of questions about the Last Lecture for that...))

((ohmigosh I just started the concerto I'm supposed to listen to... the one recording was damaged because it was a library cd, but it's suuuuuch a cool song!! I'm going to learn it for my next orchestra auditions... I highly doubt I'll get in to the Cincinnati youth orchestra this year... but I have four chances to get in! it's a high school orchestra. it's really really good and I knew this really good violinist and it took her several years to get in.))

((nope... I'm just worried about how long it will take me to memorize/polish it... it's 3 movements long. It's taken me 8 months so far on the concerto I'm on and I still don't have the 3rd movement polished completely... and this one's going to be even harder. auditions are probably going to be in september/october.))

((lol i have almost no idea what youre talking about...))

((an advanced orchestra that is very hard to get into, especially for a violinist. there are just so many violinist prodigies and I'm not one!!))

((what are you talking about? reading that, you sound absolutely amazing at violin!))

((lol. Like this girl named Jackie, I knew her back when she was tiny and only a few peices ahead of me. But she was accelerating, and pretty soon she didn't even come to group classes, and I think she may have been on tv once, and she's really really advanced. And there's this girl named Rachel who looks like she's four but I think she's closer to six or seven, and she's almost in Suzuki book four, and I'm only in book five... although my orchestra audition peice is book seven (yes, the whole book) anyway, only a few months ago she was in like book 1. She's definately going to pass me up. Both of those girls were Japanese, and so was Dr. Suzuki.........))

((I mean, I think they were probably born in America, but I wouldn't be surprised if they spoke Japanese. There are alot of Japanese musicians who all speak Japanese at concerts and stuff so the rest of us can't tell what they're saying... and the other day at my orchestra sectionals I saw this Japanese mom of a cellist reading in Japanese... instead of going left to right her eyes went down... it was kind of strange...))

((but then, I get Chinese and Japanese mixed up, so....)))

((ugh. my computer crashed and i cant finish typing a project due tomorrow. science fair is tuesday, and my presentation is way too simple to place. i won two years in a row, and now people expect something of me. *rolls eyes* MIOS practice is tomorrow and we may or may not be doing some of the songs i suggested.... thursday is a writing workshop at my library. and i have speech/drama practice this week and i need to have my lines memorized by next week cuz we perform early next month......))

((hmm... Science is NOT my thing. I love writing, but I lack the ability to write short stories. Or to finish my long ones. I also lack the ability to act, accoring to my mom.........))

((i dont like science either. but my project has somehting to do with time.... i cant write short stories either.... i love acting, i played in the wizard of oz in october))

((hmm... I'm going to go get a thermometer. Maybe I have a fever. Although I doubt it. The last 16 million times I took my temperature I was actually below the average temperature... I always have been, for some reason...))

((lol. i always have really high fevers. over the summer, my mum told me i had a 106 fever and said i should be in the hospital. cuz once you get to 107 or 108, you die....))

((I like never get fevers...... a violist in our orchestra is really sick. He was sick for months and missed school for months, and they thought it was just really bad allergies. And he got better. But then he got worse. He's in the Cincinnati Children's Hospital right now. (it's a really really good hospital, if you haven't heard of it... I also live near it.) ))

((note: "average" meaning some people run higher or lower. I run lower, and so does my mom. ))
