Rayana snapped awake, hearing footsteps. She saw Marcus and raised an eyebrow.

"Sorry," Marcus said right away. That was annoying, getting all of the things Riley could do mixed up with his own. So since Riley could apparently just walk in and out of Rayana's house (and frequently did so, his scent was everywhere), it felt like he could too. Oh well.

"It's fine." she said, sitting up.
"Damnit." she hissed to herself, feeling her hair frizz at some places. She attempted to fix it, with little success.
