Rayana's face fell, and she could almost hear her heart shattering in her chest.
W-what? she whimpered and tears formed in her eyes. She collapsed on her knees and her body racked with sobs.
Rayana, I- Luis started, but couldn't say anything to help. Rayana's hand shook as she reached under her couch for something. She brought her hand back, her fingers curled around the trigger of a handgun.
Rayana. Rayana, no! Luis said, his eyes wide.
It's the only way, Lou. she sighed, bringing the barrel of the gun to the side of her head.
Tony! Stop her! Luis said frantically.

she closed her eyes in defeat, and when she opened them, she couldnt see. at first she thought she was having another seizure, but she realized her eyes were clouded by tears. she knew her legs would surely give out within a few moments and adrianne reached out to help steady her. to no avail.
