Eva Ooohhhh man how can you do this comparison??? those are two different books with different plots. I liked and loved both :) I can't wait for the next books!

zachsgirl this is hard one............both books moved me

Nadine Well if I have to choose i would choose Divergent. But Delirium is also great. Their difference will be 0.00001 point from each other. =)

Beth Uhhh...ummm....OMG this is killing me! I really don't know! I really can't decide! I have to say both lol!

Beth x

Amanda I would have to choose Divergent, this book grabbed my interest a lot faster than Delirium did.

J Divergent

Webiny Yep, this sure is a tough question. Wow. Well Divergent had a bit more action/violence, and Tris and Four were a lot of fun to watch grow. Delirium had better world building (the first dystopian YA I've seen that clearly constructed a believable world without being boring and dry). It was just as entertaining as Divergent, but more softcore (not sappy).

In my mind you can't really compare the two, except for enjoyment lvl, and there I'd have to say I enjoyed Divergent the barest sliver more. But if you can, you should totally get Delirium and Pandemonium too.

Connie divergent
but i liked the heronie better in this one :D

Nyateneri for me it's delirium because lauren oliver creates tension with less action and it's better written.
divergent is also really good and i read it so fast, but the writing style is not special.

Megan I really liked both, but I felt that I absolutely had to buy insurgent after I finished Divergent because the book was so good I had to know what happens next. So, Divergent I suppose for me. Although I also bought Pandemonium...

Stephanie Stifelman DELIRIUM!!!! I'm building my fort against all the guns and bullets that are sure to fall down on me after I say this but, I HATE DIVERGENT!!!! I hate Tris, I hate Tobias... the only person I like is Will and he frickin DIES!!!! Ok, well, I like being alive so please try to calm yourselves.

Sidney Thats an evil question X)

Vale I really love both books the stories are different and we can´t compare

Catya (LizBenAt) They both got to me in different ways, so I really can't decide^^ Divergent is more action packed, while Delirium is more romantic, I'd say

Sorrel I really loved both of those books! You're evil! I don't know, I really liked Delirium and it had a much more believable world and I liked the way each chapter started (with stuff from the book of shhh) but divergent was so interesting and such a page turner. I think probably divergent because while I loved Delirium I didn't want to get pandemonium that much, it didn't sound so good, but I really wanted to get insurgent

Inês i like both of them they have diferent plot but i like them too

Laura Divergent

The_Halfblood_Muslim D.I.V.E.R.G.E.N.T!!!!!!!!!!

Maddy Sloma (Wierenga) Divergent all the way! i thought the divergent series were AMAZING! and the delirium were ok, didnt like the ending of the last one....

Currer Jean Delirium hands down. I know that Divergent is a pretty popular book but it never made much sense to me. THe main character was suppose to be this divergent who can kick butt from here to sunrise, but she can't believe that a teenage boy has a crush on her. THe self conscious girl thing just gets a little old. But Lena in Delirium had none of those doubts. She just went for it and that made the book more real and relatable.

Erica thanks for commenting everyone!
and to be honest, i love both books. they are both in my fav. list.
