He flopped on his bed and stared at the ceiling.

She got to her room and lied down on her bed and drifted to sleep
He tossed and turned for the longest time before getting up and going back out.
She stayed asleep peacefully
He was going to go for a walk. it usually helped him to sleep. But for some reason this night he didn't think he would get much sleep.
