Changes to Suggestion Folder

I have made some adjustments to our folders. We have two threads going that are very similar. One is for challenge theme suggestions and the other is for the monthly themed read suggestions. I have moved them into the Suggestions folder. One of them has been closed to further comments and the other renamed to include both. Finally, I have moved the suggestions folder higher in the folders' listing so it is a bit more visible.
