Did you picture any known actor and actress as them? Ever since I started reading If I Stay, and of course Where She Went, I pictured Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as Adam and Mia, i don't know, they really remind me of them, especially because of how much they're into music.

I don't know but when I read Where She Went I imagined a younger versions of Keri Rusell as Mia and Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Adam because of the movie August Rush!

If they were to make a movie they should either cast Lily Evans or Emma Roberts as Mia. I always imagined Mia having a sort of boho style with curly hair in a messy bun piled high on her head. For Adam I think Logan Lerman or Adam Gregory for, they just have that look.
