So..is it like a really dangerous cloud, or an extrememly contagious and deadly flu?
it just happens, you cant even tell. one second maybe a bird is flying in the air, and another it lands on a tree, but than a freeze happens and it never moves again

OH!! I GET INK'S STORY!!!! Its like in this book called Storm Thief they have these storms that mutate people, except in ur story they freeze. I ♥ it. You should try to write it.

1) A girl who is in a coma for 5 years, wakes up. She is 15 gong to be 16 in a month. The world is new, she's teen, but doesn't know what to do about it. Plus, Hish School isn't a great place for a girl who has the maturity of a 10 year old.

A gang of assassins have found a niche for jobs that require infiltration of the target's environs by operatives that can be inconspicuous. They stumbled upon a 12-year-old kid who is so unfazed by blood and gore that his capers became legendary.But since such talent is so rare, the gang leaders want to keep him as a kid as long as possible, so they castrated him with the intent of preventing the onset of puberty. Thus he did not develop an Adam's apple, and so the kid's voice remained the same. He stopped growing too at 4 feet 11 inches.
But the kid did not take this atrocity lightly. As soon as the wound has healed he slaughtered his gang mates. He kept the comptroller alive to assure him of continuous flow of contracts. And so he became even more feared in the underworld.
He became known as the CASTRATA.
During some of his missions he went up against a rival assassin who specializes on cornering horny clients as she passes for a teenage girl. She is just beginning to create her own legend.
The Castrata managed to evade the girl who was sent to neutralize him and protect his targets who are leaders of a syndicate that is the rival of his clients. But he somehow did not feel like killing her even when he gets the chance.
Eventually the girl's bosses became impatient and hired several lone operatives and even kill squads to go after both prodigies. Side by side then they fought them off. And this is just the beginning....
Attention Manga and Anime story developers, and even tv series screenwriters! Let's jointly develop this storyline. I rarely get a break from my day job that my writing chops get rusty.
Possible subplots :
1)The castrata tries to adjust to his predicament while he sorts out his feelings for the girl. The actual age of the heroine would be based on the target market; i.e., she could be a 16 year old to appeal to the teen market.
2) They lost track of each other for five years. and so boy is almost 18, girl is 21 and likes him. But the kid has feelings of inadequacy yet girl assures him that he is more than a man than any she has ever met.

Hi everyone. I am new to this site and found you and thought Seth's first idea was interesting. So I'm adding my two cents. In some ways, Seth, it reminds me of the Time Traveler's Wife. He had this "power" but couldn't control it. You are the writer, so you can make the rules whatever you want! It could be interesting for him to accidentally stumble upon something dangerous, like the emotions of a serial killer, or a love situation. There are a lot of possibilities for "conflict."
