How Can You Add Featured Reviews?

Hello!

I'm an author and I've noticed on other pages that there are highlighted reviews placed at the top of the review section labeled as a "featured review" - I emailed the goodreads help contact asking how I can create featured reviews for my own books but the response I was emailed back was just about author advertising programs. Are featured reviews something you need to pay for or is there some way I can do this for my books?
