should page numbers include bonus material?

Okay so I have a copy of switched by Amanda Hocking, and good reads has the page numbers for this edition listed as 293 which is where the actual story end, however there is a bonus story that follows. The bonus story continues the numbering from the story so it ends on page 318. Should the page count for this book be 293 or should I change it to 318? If it was a preview of the next book I would say 293, but this is an original short story only found in this edition of the book.

It should have the entire page count of 318.
