I tought that there was something wrong when i wrote. That is! Thanks! Name your poison!
The site doesn't recognize the word "podcast" or "Sword and laser".Its does recognize the term "Audio book."
Enjoy

I love "Name your Poison"! simple, clear, and has a good feel :)
I say please please get rid of the segment altogether! i've seen a lot of this self-congratulation over drinking in other podcasts and stuff, and it always comes off as really really 18-year-old-college-freshman. Drink what makes you happy, but keep it to yourself!
I agree with Ezra. I have nothing against drinking at all, and partake of it myself frequently, but I find the segments uninteresting at best, annoying at worst. I hate when Leo does it on TWiT, I hated it when they did it on Diggnation, I hate it when they do it on Bite Club (and that one has "wine" in the tagline)... It's not something I'd stop listening over, but I do tend to skip over it if I have a hand free.If you *are* going to keep it (*SIGH*) maybe combine it with the news segment and name it after a different fantasy/sci-fi inn/bar each episode - The Pig and Whistle, Ten Forward, The Waystone, Purgatory, etc.

Man, chill out. It's actually on-theme with the name of our show, and the vibe we're trying to get across. We're imitating old English pubs (and their naming conventions) as a place to hang out with your mates, have a drink, and discuss your favorite books. We like it. That's why the set looks like a pub, too.

Ok, I got it, sorry...Scratch that, really sorry. I've gotten used to hiding all my hostility IRL and dumping it in uncalled-for places online.
I'm not keen on the segment, but it's really not a big deal. I don't like it being in there (and I guess I was a little scared that giving it a name would make it more official and "important"), but being a fan doesn't confer any ownership (a mistaken notion that slips into online thinking all too often), so I leave you to it!

I am partial to Grog and Gargleblasters, though ...
