Thoughts on Mobnotate: eBook Cross-Promotion Network?

I got the following email and wondered if anyone has heard of this group or has thoughts about it:

My guess is that they don't have many people involved yet. I worry that it could look unprofessional, both having excerpt links within your work and potentially having your work linked from a book that might not be quality. Thoughts?

Interesting concept. I've not heard of them before, but will follow this thread with interest.

I checked out their site and I do not understand exactly how they link the books. Does anyone understand exactly how this works?
