Anyway, Infernal devices has been optioned for a film but it's not definate yet.
The Mortal intruments already has casting and stuff already so it's definatly going to be a movie.
I love Infernal devices!!!

It will probably depend on the sucess of the TMI movie. If that is very successful they there is probably a bigger chance of their being a film for tid. Personally I think i'd prefer this series to be a film to tmi, but i guess its too late now.

I would rather them not make a movie of the ID. I really love this series and movies cannot convey all that a book can so the series as a whole suffers. That's just my opinion...

I would love it if they made TID into a trilogy of films. Because I really like movies that are set in the victorian era, theres such a gothic and magical feel to them. Plus it'll be filmed in london so us londoners may have a chance to see it getting filmed around the city !!

The Infernal Devices would make such a brilliant film. It has all the factors - action, great characters, interesting plot, romance... everything that makes a great film. And with technology the way it is now, imagine how realistic they could make the clockwork creatures and the magic and everything.
