Jennifer walked to the forge, not expecting Tyler to have followed. He was a water kid, and there was no water here. She took a deep breath to calm down, still unsure about him
Tyler walked in a few hours later "hey in here to pick up my spear?" he called out around the forges having send his spear in yesterday to get dents out.
Jennifer ducked behind a chair. Not very subtle, but she didn't care. She stared at the ground and softly started to count to fifty, hoping that would be enough time for him to leave.
Tyler blinked, seeing the sudden movement. "Jennifer?" he asked while taking hold of his spear on the counter. Water shot up around it and over his skin. Tyler felt powerful and smiled before turning it into the silver cord around his wrist
"Hey Tyler." She sighed and stood up, "What are you doing?" she knew it was stupid to freak out and carefully walked closer, but left a couple feet between them
Tyler rose an eyebrow "I was picking up my spear-- I left it here to get some dents out" Tyler shrugged with a slightly smile "What are you doing here?"
Jennifer shrugged, "Talking to you?" She didn't have a better answer. Jennifer frowned slightly, staring at him for a second, "Tyler?"
Tyler was examining the room, he felt a bit dehydrated from the heat and didn't like how uncomfortable it felt "Yeah Jen?" He asked with a smile.
"You don't look good." She hesitated, and handed him her bottle of water, "Here."
Tyler shook his head "No no, I'm okay, really" Tyler offered up a smile "Keep it. I'll be okay" he shrugged.
Jennifer nodded slowly, "Sure." She scratched her arm and looked down at her feet, "So...Is your spear allright?"
Tyler smiled softly and nodded "Yeah, it's looking really really nice." He ran a hand through his hair and shook his head. Dehydrated.
Jennifer uncapped her bottle and dumped it on him. "Oops." She raised an eyebrow and smiled innocently
Tyler chuckled and took a deep breath "Thanks, that really really helped" he relaxed more and shook his wet hair
Jennifer laughed softly, "Yeah. Let's go back to the lake before you pass out?"
Tyler rolled his eyes "I don't need to be around water twenty four seven" he chuckled "I just need to get out of this heat" Tyler shrugged just stating the truth
Jennifer grabbed his hand, "Where are we going then?" She asked walking out and pulling him with her
Tyler smiled at the fact she was touching him and shrugged "Wherever you want to go I suppose." He chuckled
Jennifer rolled her eyes but kept walking
Tyler smiled and walked with her "So where are we going?" he asked with a laugh "Anywhere interesting?"
"Tennis." Jennifer shrugged at him, "I like it.."
Tyler smiled "alright, alright let's do this then" he chuckled "I'll probably suck though, just to warn you."
Jennifer walked in, holding her stomach. She didn't feel good at all, but was not going to let that stop her. She grabbed a hammer, frowning at how heavy it seemed
Tyler walked in after her and frowned "jennifer? Are you going to talk to me yet?" he shook his head with a deep sigh.
Jennifer winced and dropped the hammer, "Don't call me that!" Her voice shook, but she turned to face him
Tyler frowned and held his hands up in defeat "Okay okay, I'm sorry" he shook his head "I didn't mean to." He shrugged "I just think your name is beautiful"
She didn't look at him, "My ex always called me that, and we didn't have the best relationship." She picked the hammer off the floor, and put it on the counter. She glanced at him, wondering if he would ask questions or just trust her to tell more when she was ready.
Tyler frowned but nodded "Okay, Jenny it is" he sighed and walked over to her "are you sure you are alright? You left my place kinda fast there..."
Jennifer shrugged, unsure how to answer. She wasn't fine, but she sure wasn't going to tell him that. She took some pills from her pocket and swallowed them. "I don't feel any worse."
Jennifer sighed, "Tyler? Come over here for a sec."
Tyler frowned and nodded, he walked forward concerned "Yes Jen?" He asked gently to her, his voice like a whisper through the trees--careful.
She bit her lip, and lifted up her shirt a little bit. There were a bunch of scars all over her body. "I um. Got abused." She looked away
Jennifer sighed, running her fingers over some of the scars. "My ex..." She didn't finish the thought, just bit her lip
[lol, sorry, notifications are screwing up.]Tyler was watching in anger and half way disgust. "Who...did this.." He said slowly and dangerously. Tyler was very angry at whoever had done this to her.

Jennifer frowned, looking up at his face. "Tyler?" Her voice broke, seeing the disgust on his face. She quickly pulled her shirt back down. Of course. She wasn't pretty to him. She shook her head, sadly

Tyler shook his head, he cupped her face "Who did this to you?" he whispered as tears ran down his face. Tyler hated that someone had hurt her
She bit her lip, "Tyler, what are you thinking?" She asked worridly
Tyler shook his head "I'm thinking that I want to kill whoever did this to you." he whispered slowly and gently.
"No!" She shook her head, and started crying, "You think that'll make me feel better? If you murder someone!" She leaned over and puked
Tyler's eyes widened, he rubbed her back and afterwards Tyler put the back of his hand on her forehead in worry.
She passed out, right after saying, "Mason"
Tyler frowned and grabbed hold of her, he picked her up gently and pressed his fingers to her pulse.
Her pulse was all over the place, really weak, then changing and going too fast. She was obiously not okay
Tyler frowned and shook his head, picking her up, Tyler set her on a work station and placed her ear on his chest. "Please work" he whispered as his heart beat steadily
She groaned, trying to sit up. "What happened?" She asked frowning, "What's wrong?" She asked seeing his expression
Tyler shook his head "Nothing" he whispered, pretending that he didn't know anything. "How are you feeling?"
She stared at his face, "Better than you look. What's wrong?" She asked again, gently touching his cheek
Tyler shook his head and leaned into her touch "Nothing Jen, I'm fine" he whispered gently to her before kissing her forehead
She sighed, dropping her hand. "You don't have to lie." She told him, a bit upset. She wasn't sure why he was lying, but didn't like it.
