((no, i'm leaving. you leave school at the age of 15/16 (you know how birthdays are ;) ). then i'm going to the Sixth Form college. here when you gradute it's from university, and for that i've got a fair few years yet :)
that's right. it was a battle in the War of the Roses, or as i like to call it, The First English Civil War. the War of the Roses is between the House of Lancaster and the House of York, both saying they should have the thrown. but the English Civil War was between the Cavaliers and the Roundheads, resulting in the execution of Charles I in 1649 and the beginning of Oliver Cromwell's commonwealth until 1659, after which the Restoration began: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2kyNb...

"Mainly not, but I make time for certain things like Doctor Who, Merlin, Primeval and Vampire Diaries though," Charity shrugged.

"Favourite place?" Charity asked, pushing her now finished glass aside.
"rome."he said smiling at the thought."and you?"
"Erm, I haven't actually been that many places..." Charity admitted. "So I guess I can't really say."
"well I'll have to bring you some day. I helped Alexander the great when i was over there too, great guy."
"I'd like that," Charity smiled at him.
He smiled back."I don't understand why you even talk to me."he said randomly after a moment of awkward silence."I mean I'm a real.. well I'm a terrible person."
"People can do terrible things, it doesn't mean they are terrible," Charity stated.
"I don't follow."he said looking at her."I think those things go together, I mean I choose to do those things."
"Yes, but people can change. What's around them to influence them can change," Charity tried to explain.
"not buying it. I mean a person can become "good" but that darkness will always hang there like a stain."he said.

Atton stood up, removing the space between them."and what makes you think you are the person that can do that huh? Do you feel superior or am I'm some charity work for you to bandage up? well I've already tried honey, I'm hopeless and no other fucking being is going to convince me otherwise. See you Thursday, or not I don't even care."he said grabbing his coat and storming out.
Charity rolled her eyes, deciding it was best to let him calm down, and so flitted off to some place else.
John walked in, using his fake ID. He had done this only twice since coming to this school, mostly for fun, but this time, he was gloomy. He sat down at the bar, looking at the bartender. "A shot of whiskey, " he muttered. He took the shot once given, and drank it, wincing, a little at the taste. "Another," he said. This repeated three times. John sighed, setting down his fourth shot. His stomach was barely able to hold the liquid, but he didn't care. ((He needs some moral support XD *Ahemcaitlinahem* Lolz))
Christopher walked in, also using a fake ID he stole of a random guy, and sat down a few seats down from John. "Just a beer," he muttered, and sighed wearily, trying to calm down and think. As he was given his drink, he drank it slowly. John, already becoming a little drunk, drank shot after shot, until he had about twelve. He sighed, feeling like he was about to cry, and after the thirteenth shot, passed out at the bar.
Christopher looked at him with a surprised look, recognizing him from school, but didn't bother with him, and continued drinking his beer.
Summer was looking to relax and enjoy herself. She showed her ID and was let through. She went in and asked for a rum and coke, sitting at the bar. She glanced around the room, before her eyes landed on who she thought was John, until she realized it really was John. "John?" She asked going over to him, tapping him on the shoulder.
John woke up, heavily drunk, and looked at Summer. "Ohhh, hey, it's you," he said in a slurred voice, his breath heavy with alcohol. He gave Summer a large hug, and laughed drunkenly, pulling away to look at her. "You know... I never realized how gorgeous you are," he slurred, letting out a small hiccup. "Excuse me," he mumbled, laying his head back down on the counter.Christopher laughed, not yet drunk. "I think your friend there is a bit knocked up," he advised, taking a sip of his beer.
Summer stumbled as he hugged her, wrinkling her nose in distaste at the smell coming from him. "Ugh, your telling me...John I thought you weren't supposed to have...things like shots, their too um liquid....anyway, your way too drunk and you need to go home." She said.
John blinked, raising his head once more. "Oh my God you're right," he slurred. Then burst out laughing. "Sorry, I was just remembering this one time my dad... oh never mind, I forgot," he mumbled disappointingly. He looked at Summer, his eyes glazed over. "Summer, I came here to have a good time, to forget.... to forget... damn I forgot what I was going to say again," he slurred, banging his head on the counter top, and letting out a long moan.Christopher chuckled, shaking his head. "How much did this guy drink?" he wondered. For the first time in the past few hours, he was having the time of his life.
Summer growled. "John shut up and come with me. Your drunk and you probably can't even remember your own name." She said helping him to sit up. "I dunno and I don't want to find out." She grumbled. How many times was she going to be picking his ass up off the floor. She put his arm around her shoulder. "Cme on home..."
John blinked, looking at her, but didn't budge. "Wait, wait wait wait," he slurred, grabbing her arm. "I've been wanting to... tell you something important, and this time, I remembered," he mumbled, suddenly looking as if he was about to cry. "I remember why... why I wanted to come here and forget... stuff," he slurred, letting out a small burp. He was too drunk to even realize what he was saying.Christopher sighed, and finished his beer. He paid for it, and left the pub, heading back to the infirmary.
Summer made a disgusted face, waving her hand to get rid of the not so nice smell he gave. "That's great you can tell me what you wanted to tell me on the way back to school. Come on your drunk and I doubt anyone el in here is going to help you get back.." She said tugging him along.
John blinked, stumbling along after her. "No no no no," he mumbled. "I'm just gonna say it cause I need to say it now or I'll forget," he slurred, grabbing Summer's shoulders. "Summer the book, it's all about the-the book," he mumbled desperately. "I came here to forget about it and try and forget you cause now I'm starting to think that....that um... oh damn, I can't forget right now," he mumbled, stammering his slurred words. "Oh yes! Because I was going to tell you that I really really really really liked you, but I wasn't sure how to tell you so I gave you the book and that's why I made you read it, I hope you really did read it though cause if you lied then this would be awkward, do you feel awkward? I kind of do, and the only reason I didn't want to tell you was because of my parents and the situation we're in, and cause I didn't know if you liked me back, but you probably hate me now," he babbled drunkenly, before beginning to cry. "Oh my God I can't believe I just told you that you must hate me now," he slurred, leaning on a nearby table.
Summer looked a him as he gripped her shoulders. She listened to his babble and acctually understandable words and blushed as he confessed he really did like her. She gulped and nervously bit her lip as she looked around as he started to cry, seeing people starting to stare. "Um well I really did read the book, twice. And and....we should go and get you home, so we can speak a little more in private. Come on...." She said tugging him along, so close to the exit.
