Corvus deepened the kiss as the music began to pick up pace.

She moaned softly, curling her hands in his shirt.

He ended the kiss after a minute or so, more people around them coming to dance.

Arrika leaned against him, a sappy smile on her face.

Corvus smiled over her head at nothing.

Tears gathered in her eyes and she shyly bowed her head.

Corvus brought his hand up, caressing her cheek.

Corvus started for the door with one arm around her. It was a little past midnight.

A black-haired young woman stepped inbetween them and the door. She had icy blue eyes and a grin. "Hello, gorgeous."

He stopped, looking from her to Arrika.

The woman swaggered closer, looking them both up and down. "Aren't you two a yummy pair."

Corvus leaned back and tightened his grip. What do you want? he mouthed.

"I want to join in on your playtime." She pouted playfully. "Pwease?"

He turned red and gave a sideways look to Arrika. >>Did she really just ask that?<<

She gave him a slight nod. >>I think so.<<

>>Let me have a word with her.<< Arrika gave him a feral grin. >>Teach her not to mess with my man.<<

He beamed at her as he kissed her cheek. >>I'll wait for you at the bar, let me know if you need any help.<< Corvus slipped away from the girls.

The weathermage watched him go, a soft smile on her face. When she turned to face the stranger, her face expression was cold. "How dare you ask such a thing."

"It worked though." Arrika's mask softened slightly in confusion before the woman grabbed her arm and dragged her into the hallway. She then kissed her fiercely.

Corvus sat down and ordered a drink. He looked over to check on her, but the crowds seemed to be too thick.

Arrika squirmed, electricity dancing on her fingers as she shoved her over. "What the solara is wrong with you?"

He got up and pushed his way through the people. >>Where are you?<<
