I like what I've read so far. Carver has a way with writing about just everyday life. His stories keep you guessing and wondering what is coming next. He throws in a few horror type stories and then will go back into the everyday life of a family. he is easy to read and follow -- I do not always see what one story has with the next- but they keep me entertained.
