For ease and networking I prefer Twitter to Facebook in some ways - I like just dipping in and out, seeing what lots of people have going on - I'll usually click on more random posts/links there than Facebook. In general I follow a lot less people on Facebook, but those that I do, I perhaps interact with more.

I think it mainly comes down to what you want to get out of it and also - Twitter takes a little longer to understand the conventions I think - I really wasn't fussed the first few months I was on and barely used it.
