I think on tumblr someone had a fancast with Patch being played by Steven Mcqueen, Jeremy from TVD. I was thinking someone with of mixture of him and Theo James just because Theo is really tall and muscular which is how I saw Patch in my mind :P and Steven's hair and face XD

It's clearly said in the novel that Patch was dark so someone who's tanned must play his role.P.S Steven of TVD is extremely cute and would fit for the role perfectly if only he was tanned

I absolutely love the vampire diaries and Ian Somerhalder's acting/role in that television show. :)

Whenever some asks me who could play Patch in a Hush, Hush movie I always think of Ian Somerhalder. But just like Nichole said, he is took old to be a guy in high school.

He has to be reallly HOT. Otherwise, it won't be the same. Lately in movies they aren't picking hot enough guys. Such as in the City of Bones movie the guy who plays Jace isn't nearly as hot as he should be. :(
It would be really hard to choose someone because his personality in the book and how he is described makes him soooooo intriguing.
I pictured Patch to look like Dominique Capraro he's a model and he fits Patch's description well
