Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Nagini.... I did not know this... Read to find out...

-Boa's aren't poisonous and in the book they describe it differently.
-There is no known species of venomous snake matching Nagini's description.
Also, a fan made it to trick all those Harry Potter fans. Also, it The Boa was bred in captivity and the one in the Zoo was a male not a female.

Really? People need to read the most recent posts before posting at all... -_____-
I repeat what everyone's already said: Nagini IS NOT the snake Harry released in the first book.

J.K. Rowling is honestly- and I'm not just saying this because I love Harry Potter- a freaking genius!!! She has so many unspoken little hints hidden throughout the entire se..."
lol u kneew that lol its not tru

according to this; nagini is NOT who you (Nasra) are saying she is."
Thank you.

Lies.
Those are two different snakes... I thought.... It doesn't really make sense that they are both Nagini...

Hahahaha...that's all total fabrication and utter bull!!Harry can talk to any snake...did you actually read the books? he talks to the one that was conjured in the dual...or was that Nagini too...i guess it must have been seeing as there can only possibly be one snake in the entire world!! He speaks Parsel toungue...therefore he can speak to ANY snake, that's also how he gets in to the chamber of secrets...duh.

Are you human or you do you think people can't make mistakes? A theory is a theory. IF it was the same snake that is how it would have happened. So there. By the way, I would think someone your age would know better how to communicate without being rude and immature, aparently you can't. By the way I have read every hp book- but i haven't read them lately because I need a new set because mine are so worn out :P

Yes I am human, your theory doesn't make sense and you were not passing it off as a theory you stated it as truth...this entire thread shows it as wrong but your reading skills didn't stretch to seeing that did they. 'so there'

you dont have to be so mean about it lol i just wanted to make my point

The snake in the zoo that Harry freed was "Bred in captivity". he was also a regular sized boa constrictor.
End. Of. Discussion. Lol :)
I seem to recall JK once saying she thought it would have been cool if the two were linked in some way, but she hadn't thought of it when she was writing the books so no, they weren't. I don't recall when or where I heard that though so I am unable to give a source :(

Also, it's not true that the baby who played 1 year old Harry played Albus Severus Potter in The Deathly Hallows Part 2. That's another rumour that's just not true.

nagini wasn't in a zoo, they weren't able to captivate a dark wizard's horcrux

Didn't the snake that Harry freed talk in a male voice? Nagini is female, not male, plus Nagini is bigger than the snake Harry freed (I'm going by what I saw in the movie, not the book). That's obviously a rumor.

i did not know that!
i did not know that!

i did not know that!"
And it's not true.
i did not know that because it was not true!

Uh, this isn't true, and Rowling never actually said th..."
they dont have snake actors...its just special effects.if you bought the last hp movie and looked on the deleted scenes or something like that. (maybe it was the making of the movie idk) but i remember seeing the snake not looking real but looking like she was made with the computer.of course you cant tell in the movie because of the editing and special effects which makes it look real.

No, or else how would Voldemort turn her into a horcrux? And yeah, like Uditi said, boas are not poisonous and the snake Harry released was a boa.

maybe she had a spell cast on her by a death eater to make her look like a different breed of snake or different sex of snake even? maybe she was a young snake when she got put in the zoo after voldemort died the first time when Harry was little to keep her safe? Maybe she didn't kill Harry because she knew they needed him alive to free her master?

Except, the problem with that is it's pure speculation and not cannon. And also...that would be silly. It's not as though she needs to disguise herself from anyone and Voldemort doesn't leave his horcruxes lying around... so actually it would be foolish.

Because so many people new to the thread are just reading the first statements and not the most recent ones.

True. None of this makes sense.

Also, the snake was raised in the zoo (previously mentioned by others).
Finally... Why would Rowling do that? Doesn't make sense to me, that snake was just to show Harry's magic abilities & that he had a connection to Voldemort long before he even knew it--foreshadowing.
