Barnes & Noble buy button problem and Please combine

Hello,
I have two book issues:
1) The Barnes & Noble buy button does not take you to the link for my book on the B&N website. Please add the BN ID: 2940014174077 to the Nook Book Edition.
2) Please combine the 4 editions of the book (iBook, Google eBook, Kindle, and Nook Book).
