message 151: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Yes. Extremely. =_= *sarcastic*

message 152: by digikids (last edited Apr 13, 2012 05:48PM) (new)

digikids | 389 comments I rolled my eyes and continued what I was doing before - walking.

message 153: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: You aren't very talkative. I find that quite boring.

message 154: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments I shrugged again.

message 155: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: *gives an angry sigh*

message 156: by digikids (last edited Apr 12, 2012 07:59AM) (new)

digikids | 389 comments "Wow. I actually managed to annoy you." I said, smirking slightly.

message 157: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Yes. I wouldn't consider that a positive achievement, though.

message 158: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments I smirked even more. "Maybe you wouldn't..."

I paused for a second, the smirk disappearing off my face.

"I probably shouldn't be trying to do this." I said, mentally facepalming.

message 159: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Doing what? Trying to get on my nerves? Honestly, I mind it. But it's not as if I'm really going to harm someone of your age. It would be... immoral.

message 160: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I think I get that you're not going to hurt me... but I'm sure there are a whole bunch of things you could do to someone of my age that don't actually involve harming but are as equally unpleasant."

message 161: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: I'm not obligated to make fun of you, either. Unless of course you have different assumptions.

message 162: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I was thinking of something else, actually. Don't quite know what, though."

message 163: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: ... Put you in stasis. I see.

message 164: by digikids (last edited Apr 12, 2012 06:49PM) (new)

digikids | 389 comments I could just feel the color draining from my face at the thought of being put in stasis.

message 165: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: You have quite the pattern of anxiety brainwaves right now. Perhaps you should think of something else.

message 166: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I would if it was freaking possible!"

Stasis. Why'd she have to go and say stasis!?

message 167: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Calm. Down.

message 168: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "Why did you have to go and say stasis!?"

message 169: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: I'm not going to actually do that. You are over-reacting.

message 170: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I know, just...!" I said, and then forced myself to take deep breaths.

"I guess you could say I have a little bit of an extreme phobia of stasis."

message 171: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) Half of her really did want to put her in stasis for the hell of it, while the other just wanted her to calm the fuck down. She made a sound like a sigh.

GLaDOS: A little bit of an extreme phobia? That is an oxymoron. What a shame you didn't word that better.

If you're really that frightened, I won't do anything to you.

message 172: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments I suddenly turned and rammed my head against a panel.

message 173: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) She nudges the panel to lightly push her head away, then pressed it back into the wall. "Careful." She said simply. "You know, it's already been seven hours since you've woken up. Perhaps the delirium is kicking in already... Do you feel sick?" She asked in the same monotone voice, slightly sarcastic to hide any worry.

message 174: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "DANG IT that hurt... ow." I stumbled backwards and leaned on the panels on the other side of the hallway.

"I'm fine. The pain... was the only thing I could think of to get my mind off of stasis." I said, and lightly rubbed my forehead, wincing.

message 175: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Just take a deep breath and calm. down.

*releases a sedating gas through the hall via air vents, sealing off the doors at either end of the hallway.*

message 176: by digikids (last edited Apr 13, 2012 03:16PM) (new)

digikids | 389 comments "OHMYGAWDWHATISTHAT!?"

At the sound of some sort of gas being released into the hallway, I just began to panic more.

[sedating as in calming or making her sleep?]

message 177: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) (That depends on her height and weight. If she's anywhere above 110, she'd be only calmed, anything below and she'd be knocked out)

GLaDOS: You should really try deep breathing.

message 178: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments [Lets say she's a carrot. I want a knock out!]

I desperately tried to calm myself down to be able to control my breathing, but I ended up inhaling the gas anyway.

"Wha da hell is diss tuff...?" I said, becoming more and more tired and a bit dizzy, and finally passing out.

message 179: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: *has an escort bot drag her to a different relaxation chamber than before*

message 180: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments I woke up in another relaxation chamber, and by the looks of it I had been dragged here by who knows what and dumped on the bed. I just laid there, motionless, remembering what had happened and slowly becoming utterly terrified once again.

message 181: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: As I suspected, you are becoming delirious. This is the exact reason I don't take in minors. Because they think too much. I really hope you've already had your tonsils taken out. Otherwise that's going to be one hell of a sore throat in a minute here.

message 182: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments I grabbed the pillow off the bed and pulled it over my head, curling into the fetal position.

message 183: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: ... Listen. I'm going to ask you a question. And I am only going to ask it once. Your entire stay here in this facility and the choices I will make to keep you here depend on your answer to this question;

Are you alright?

message 184: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments That question was enough to bring me out of my terror induced state of shock. I peeked out from underneath the pillow and locked my eyes on the camera in the room.

"W-why do you care?"

message 185: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Physically and mentally. I need to know if you are alright. By your standards.

And for the record, I don't care, but it does indeed matter.

message 186: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I... I think I'm fine. Would be better if you didn't insist on scaring me half to death every other hour. And my head hurts. From both a headache, ramming my forehead into a panel, and you dropping long fall boots onto it."

message 187: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Sorry about that. Did I not say that before? In which case, I'll have some painkillers sent down to you soon.

I'd like to know a bit more of why you willingly came here. Here of all places.

message 188: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I personally have close to no idea why I came here. I guess I just wanted to get somewhere where no one could find me."

message 189: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: For that, I suppose you've come to the right place. But you realize that you are officially missing in the world out there. You could easily be declared dead in three months.

message 190: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments I sat up on the bed and shrugged.

message 191: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: I take it your tonsils have already been removed in your lifetime.

message 192: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "Yeah."

message 193: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: Good. And by the way, you still haven't given me a legitimate answer to my question.

message 194: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "You mean the one I shrugged to answer?"

message 195: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: No. Are. You. Alright?

message 196: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I said yes. Quite clearly."

message 197: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: You said, 'I think' which leads me to assume that you are unsure of yourself.

message 198: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "I'm alright. Happy now?"

message 199: by dairy (new)

dairy (dairymold) GLaDOS: I also said, by your standards. I want you to tell me how it really is. And don't lie to me. That's my job.

message 200: by digikids (new)

digikids | 389 comments "How it really is!? How it really is is I've been scared out of my wits several times, thrown around in a glass box, been beaten up passive aggressively, and knocked out by some gas when I was on my way to calming down after getting a stasis phobia attack! And I'm STILL trying to recover!"
