The message is heard as 'neener neener' Prompting King Edward to launch a new war against the United States.
Seven years later, the British Americas have formed the basis of the new British Empire. Soon the entire world is consumed, leading to a golden age of steam powered technology under British rule.

Soon after hearing these proceedings, the people of the United States rise up and form a new government, realising that their current system was at best a waste of everyone's time and money, at worst a dangerous folly that would lead the US into a new dark age.
