Kartik was the most exceptional character ever...and then he became a tree.

LONG story!

This is kinda like a memorial site for Kartik. Remember him, gush about him, cry, weep, blow your nose - whatever it takes, just remember that this guy was once an actual guy, who was in love with a girl and to save her...

He turned into a tree.

Seriously.

I STILL can't believe it and I read the book like nearly two years ago!!!! I cried so hard at the end of the third one, my mum thought someone died. She wasn't far off...technically Kartik still lives...as a tree...or a really hot dryad!!

When Kartik got turned into to a tree I was so upset! My mom thought there was something going on at school or something??? Haha

Kartik was my favorite character and then he got turned into a tree, A TREE!!!!! It was a difficult time for me...

Gemma and Kartik were so perfect and then...well the rest is just sad, but I was so happy when they finally got together, and of course it was just to good to be true.

I had a similar experience but with my mom! Haha if she sees me crying and sees a book within close proximity she doesn't even bother to ask anymore!
