Each book needs its award corrected manually, since these are collections of all different sorts of awards caught in a bad format. (I thought we might leave the bad format pages up, even if all of the awards get cleaned out, to catch future mistakes of this type.)
(Finalist and Shortlisted may need new awards created to handle multiple award tiers, depending on the award in question. I haven't looked very far into it yet, since I need to get back to my actual work.)
