Dreams. As in You Go to Sleep and Your Imagination Runs Wild
Well, that's a possibility but unfortunately I can not remember anything other than dreams from that period in my life. I have a hard time separating my memories and dreams. Everything in the past seems like a dream.
Just wait until I have some new dreams to share. I will be able to remember more of what is going on in my life currently than I can from 20+ years ago and your interpretation will be relevant I'm sure :-)

I believe this means it's time to get some dental work done.

What carried you before isn't going to work anymore. You're not in High School anymore. This dream means you must do something different than you've done in the past if you want to succeed and make any headway down the hallway of life.

This is freaky shit which I can not think about right now. I think you should watch the TV show called Six Feet Under.

Have you been "lying out your teeth" lately to anyone? cuz that's also an explanation, that your mistruths will be found out, or it can mean a loss of pride for whatever reason.

Freaky! and that is a reoccurring dream too. I have never experienced these types of dreams like Al and Nora. This is so interesting.

Nora, have you considered turning your recurring dream into a short story?

Maybe there is some meaning in that - Nora do you enjoy writing? Al could write her nightmare story too :-)

Honestly, I have never thought about it.
Do you keep moving your bedroom to different floors in real life? like one year, you put your bedroom in the basement and then the next year you pack everything up and move to another level of the house for your bedroom?
You know your moving bedroom reminds me of how I broke my arm. You see, when I was about 12, I had my own room but I had a bunk bed and sometimes I would sleep on the top bunk and sometimes I would sleep on the bottom bunk well with all that changing I would sometimes forget which bed I was on. Well, actually you see my bedroom was not really a bedroom, it was a storage room and it had no windows so it was very dark and it had no carpet - it was a concrete floor. So one night, I stepped off the bed in the middle of the night to get a drink of water and I had forgotten that I was on the top bunk and I did not have a guard rail because that had fallen out of our truck on the highway while were moving one time and it had gotten run over by a semi truck a few years before. Well, this is how I broke my arm because it was very dark and I couldn't see and I was on the top bunk and I fell onto a concrete floor.
Your dream of changing bedroom locations reminds me of this.

Nope, other than here all my bedrooms have been on the second level.

It was. But it was kinda a lame way to break my arm. Kids would ask how I broke my arm and I would say:
"I fell out of bed"

I think Al needs to tackle your dream. I think there is some significance with the changing husband and changing levels of the bedroom.

yes
what if it's a voice from like a tv series, a movie you watched alot, or an audiobook narrator that has narrated several different books you've listened to?

What I tell myself is that originally I didn't recognize the voice at all(true) and that I only think I recognize it because of the frequency and length of time I have had the dream(maybe true?).

It would have been about a month before that so Dec of 2010.

I promise I'm not trying to be difficult.

Now what you have said about this dream makes a lot of sense. Andre struggled with mental illness starting at a very early age. Change in our house was Never good, even when it was a good change, it set him off violently at times. I am certain this was around the time I stopped talking about the "issues" with anyone not medically certified because so many friends & relatives kept comparing him to psychopaths and dammit he was my baby. I never gave up on the idea that someday, somehow we would get his mental illness under control and be able to have a more normal life.

In the dream it doesn't seem to bother me that the husband gets shot and dies but it really irritates me that he didn't believe me that someone was in the house until after intruder starts calling my name. As twisted as this is the feeling is more a 'told ya!' and from my dying thought in the dream being 'well that's that' it would seem that me being killed doesn't bother my subconscious either.

Well, let me know when you hear anything. I've been trying to figure it out a long time, what's a little longer, eh? lol

1. Bipolar I
2. Biplar II
3. Cylcothymic disorder
4. Mixed
5. Rapid Cycling

Lol, actually you got that backwards.

Why did Manic depression become bipolar?
http://bipolar.about.com/od/definingb...

Here's the link to show were I got this info...
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/he...
here's the info ..
under health topics
Manic-Depressive Illness see Bipolar Disorder
Why? because it hasn't been referred to as manic depression in at least a decade. Did you read any of the info I gave you?
Sorry it happens from time to time when textbooks do get things wrong. Print out the info from the sources given and take it to your professor.
also feel free to move this discussion to it's own post since we have derailed this one. You could call it debate the terminology. lol

Sounds like a nightmare to me!
When I was a child I had this dream that I was in a vehicle - I think a truck and I was sitting next to my brother and his head suddenly was on fire.
Also as a child I had this reoccurring dream of being weighted down on my bed by these bricks on top of me.
I am so glad you started this. I will post my dreams and nightmares here in the future for you to interpret :-)
