Opal from the past was a psycho in this book. How come she isn't that psychotic in the arctic incident, or in the opal deception? And how come she never got to shooting down the moon?! I was annoyed by that.:P

I wondered where the psycho-ness went too. But I suppose she couldn't be super crazy 100% of the time? I sometimes wondered when reading the end of the series if the author was sick of the series, sick of the characters and sick of Artemis. There seems to be a hidden underlying tone in the writing that suggests "I'm only writing this because my book deal says I have to."
